Workshop Series Grand Ambition

At Swansea Grand Theatre, as part of an exciting new partnership, Poetry Into Light has been developing it’s popular workshops with new and existing participants. Exploring the aubade form, dawn and dusk poems and the everyday, these July 2024 workshops also focused on delivery and performance and were so much fun! The sessions embraced people on other Grand Ambition projects, professional playwrights, local writing groups and actors. Participants fed back on their enjoyment, appreciating the wonderful creative space, chance to explore poetry on a deeper level, learning resources and extra special Grand Ambition welcome. Some of the poems produced in this session will be included in the first Poetry Into Light anthology, due out early 2025!
